三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) 管理學是管理學院/商學院的基礎課程之一,透過對基本管理理論之了解,將有助於未來修習與提升進階管理相關課程之知識與能力。本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理學的基礎理論,並培養學生連結理論與實務之能力,以落實所學習之理論於未來實務工作之中。同時,藉由多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入生活,以強化管理學之學習與認同。
■ 多元教學方式 (Muliti-Teaching Methods) 說明:除了課堂講授與考試測驗之外,本課程在學期中可能會運用到以下哪些教學方式,以期能進一步提升學生學習成效 Direction: In addition to course teaching and regular exams, which of the following methods may also be used to promote students’ learning outcome
1.小組討論Group Discussion
2.邀請其他來賓進行專題演講Invitation of special guests to give seminars in class
3.機構或企業參訪Field trips to institutions or enterprises

■ 學習活動與作業說明 (Learning Activities and Assignments) -課程進行以老師講授為主,有時輔以個案研討。
-學生課前應閱畢指定章節,上課時主動提問題,並參與討論。
-課程進行當中,會不定期舉行小考,小考次數視學生表現決定。
-學生繳交作業一律以email方式,於指定時間寄至老師信箱;逾期者,一律視同遲交,並予以扣分,以視公平。
-期末報告之評分由老師、其他小組與組內互評,所以同組同學的分數不一定會相同。
