三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
本課程旨在帶領學生認識及反思AI這項技術及其應用所涉及的倫理、風險與社會議題。首先，將簡介學習機器學習AI的發展歷史以及國際倫理規範，以及哲學倫理學的基本概念。其次，將說明AI的資料來源和分類如何影響AI的預測或決策。接著，將探討AI模型和演算法的設計，並分析AI技術所涉及的社會性與政治性等問題。另外，本課程亦討論AI應用之後所帶來的人類生存危機感、偏誤與歧視、加劇既有的社會不平等、性別刻板印象、以及勞動產業鍊及剝削等倫理與社會爭議。最後，本課程期待修課學生能針對目前已知發生倫理社會爭議的AI專案提出可行的解決方案。

1.如無法出席上課，請一律至學生請假系統申請。
2.閱讀筆記與上課學習單，可能包含:上課內容、您或同學提問或反思紀錄、舉一個與當次上課主題有關的現實案例等。
3.課堂參與討論，指依據教師事先擬定的問題進行討論與留言。
4.期中考試為Take home exam，作答完後上傳教學平台，由授課教師與各聯盟學校協同教師評分。
5.期末線上展覽分組簡報與書面報告，預錄1分鐘專案自介，繳交至少3000字書面報告。

2 課堂參與討論 30% 依據提問或公共討論系統的發言紀錄。
3 期中考試 15% Take home exam 24小時，未繳交者，本課程得不予以通過。
4 期末線上展覽分組簡報與書面報告（學生互評、授課教師或盟校協同教師評分） 25% 運用上課所學從目前已知發生倫理爭議的AI專案中提出可行解方，未參與者，本課程得不予以通過。
5 第17、18週彈性學習週 10% 額外加總分10％

1.如無法出席上課，請一律至學生請假系統申請。
2.上課筆記/作業抄襲、期中考試作弊、期末專題抄襲等，一律不予給分。
3.本課程鼓勵學生利用AI進行協作或互學，以提升課程學習品質。惟採取有條件開放，說明如下(參考自清華大學所公布的「大學教育場域AI協作、共學與素養培養指引」 ):
•學生須於課堂作業或報告中的「標題頁註腳」或「引用文獻後」簡要說明如何使用生成式AI進行議題發想、文句潤飾或結構參考等使用方式。若經查核使用卻無在作業或報告中標明，一律不予給分。
•本門課授課教材或學習資料若有引用自生成式AI，教師也將在投影片或口頭標註。
•修讀本課程之學生於選課時視為同意以上倫理聲明。
