■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
教學 (課程) 目標：
(1)人因工程旨在發現關於人類的行為、能力、限制和其他特性等知識,而應用於工具、機器、系統、任務、工作和環境等的設計,使人類對於它們的使用能更具生產力、安全、舒適與有效果

(2)人因工程在瞭解系統中，人及其它組件間的交互作用的學科；也是在設計時應用理論性原則，數據及方法，以增進人類福祉及系統表現的專業。「人因工程」這學科，係探討關於人類的行為、能力、限制和其他特性等知識，而應用於工具、機器、系統、任務、工作和環境等的設計，使人類對於它們的使用能更具生產力、安全、舒適與有效果。是近年來各大學工程科系學生選/必修之課程。

(3)讓受課同學瞭解人因工程意涵與基本學理，並能學以致用，改善生活或工作環境及器具，以達到安全、舒適、效率的目的。
