三、課程大綱 Syllabus (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
本課程將透過日常飲食習慣作為切入點，介紹相關的重要健康議題，包括食物傳染病、食物中毒、食品添加物、糖尿病、高血壓、癌症…等。希望在介紹重要的公共衛生議題的同時，也提供相關的飲食知識，使同學們可以進一步運用於日常生活中，對飲食的選擇可以更有健康概念。在期中考之後的後半部課程，也進一步介紹研究判讀原則、糧食缺乏、營養不良、糧食浪費、日本食通信(社區支持型農業)、飲食與環境永續等議題，以更積極全面的觀點，深度思考我們面對飲食的態度。

6 期初、期末將進行飲食習慣檢核表調查，直接檢視可能的健康危機

■  學習活動與作業說明 (Learning Activities and Assignments)
課程內容包括體驗活動、主題探究、討論與反思。每次課程開始會藉著小遊戲或活動引發學生思考，提起學習動力；主題主要是依據教師自編講義、參考書的架構，運用簡報方式完整呈現，並配合適合的影片說明；最後透過小組夥伴的分享，帶領學生更深入思考議題的來龍去脈，以及尋求日常生活中可付諸實行的解決辦法。學習成果將以作業、書面報告、口頭簡報等方式呈現。
